AHA, Inc. is very lucky to have such dedicated board members, faculty, and staff but it takes a community to be a leader in the industry. We wanted to share with you, how to connect with our key committees and task forces. We have included a list of the committee/task forces and their chairs. If you have ideas for feedback please feel free to contact these individuals. AHA, Inc. is a membership organization and these individuals are leading projects to develop or update tools for you, our members. Our community is made up of members who become volunteers.

How to join an AHA, Inc. Committee

When you are ready to get more involved with the American Hippotherapy Association, Inc., joining a committee, is a great place to start!

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Ensure you are a member in good standing with AHA, Inc.

2. Consider your past volunteer experience and interests to determine which committee(s) you are most interested in and your skills to assist AHA, Inc..

Once you have an idea which committee you would like to join, please complete the Volunteer Interest Form below and submit it to the AHA, Inc. staff at: [email protected].

Your information will be shared with the appropriate Committee Chair, who will then reach out to you. The Committee Chair will have the final say regarding your committee participation based on the committee’s needs.
